These evaluations could include solar water heating or home solar power systems and could provide the end client with both passive and active solar activities, including both federal and state tax incentives as well as projections of ROI and rate of return. Should a prospective client agree to a particular program we would profesional installing solar panels and all necessary equipment and also provide any required ongoing service.

Solar Water Heating

Heating water in the average home makes up 20% to 30% of the total energy cost, depending on a number of factors. A solar water heater can reduce your energy cost by up to 80% of the cost associated with other water heating methods.

The client is eligible for both a Federal tax credit of 30% and a State tax credit of 25% (capped at $2,000). The system costs between $5,500 and $7,000 but can be recouped in 3 to 4 years (in most cases).

The client installing a home solar power system is eligible for both a Federal tax credit of 30% and a State tax credit of 25%. The average cost of solar panel systems installed is $500 but can be recouped in 1 to 2 summers.
